Manufacturing policy

Within 3 – 5 days from the date of receiving the customer's deposit payment, Au Viet Rack will commence the production of the ordered products.

* For orders with a higher value, Au Viet Rack will negotiate based on the actual production situation and proposals from customers.

Shipping policy

Au Viet Rack applies two delivery methods:

For distant areas, Au Viet Rack will collaborate with a transportation service to deliver products to your warehouse.

- Fast delivery time, in line with the initial commitment.

- Dedicated and timely customer support in case of any issues.

- Reasonable pricing, offering the most cost-effective solution for our customers.

Applicable shipping fees:

For orders with installation: Au Viet Rack staff will directly handle the unloading of goods and complete the installation at the customer's warehouse.
For orders without installation: to optimize costs for you, Au Viet Rack will collaborate with a third-party unit to assist in unloading goods upon arrival at the customer's warehouse
