WARRANTY POLICY

For every order, Au Viet Rack places a strong emphasis on product quality to provide the best user experience for our customers. Additionally, to ensure our customers have peace of mind throughout their usage, we have implemented a warranty policy for all products and services at Au Viet Rack.

The warranty period

A 5-year warranty is applicable to the following product categories:

•  Storage racks (heavy-duty racks, light-duty racks)
•  Mezzanine racks
  
  

A 3-year warranty is applicable to the following product categories:

•  Steel pallets (flat pallets, wire mesh pallets, and various stackable pallets)
•  Mold racks
•  Mezzanine floors
•  Industrial mobile ladders, picking trolley (warranty does not cover wheels)
•  Forklit safety cages
•  Wire mesh fence

1-to-1 Warranty Exchange: Within the first 30 days of product or service usage, if any defects arise from Au Viet Rack's end, we will replace the faulty products for our customers.

The scope and cost of the warranty

During the warranty period, Au Viet Rack staff will conduct regular inspections and maintenance every 6 months until the warranty expires for each product category.

If there are design and structural errors on the part of Au Viet Rack during the warranty period, we will rectify these issues entirely and at no cost to you.

Warranty conditions

Customers will be entitled to free warranty services if the product is within the warranty period for design flaws or technical issues from Au Viet Rack.

Cases not eligible for warranty

During usage, the following reasons for product damage will not be covered by the warranty:

•  Natural conditions: Natural disasters, floods.
•  External conditions: Insects, termites.
•  Accidents, fires, natural disasters, or intentional damage.
•  Improper operation according to the original instructions.
•  Misuse and deviation from the supplier's instructions.
•  Overloading beyond design capacity.
•  Foundation settling causing structural damage.
•  Making unauthorized structural changes resulting in issues or damage.

Note: Au Viet Rack does not warranty surface coatings: paint, galvanization.

In the event of an issue, customers must immediately notify us (via phone, email, etc.) and cease using the product to prevent hazards to people and goods. Au Viet Rack will send staff for inspection and provide the earliest possible solution.
