With the desire to serve customers nationwide and internationally, Au Viet Rack always prioritizes using the most convenient, fastest and suitable payment methods for all customers. The following are payment methods and payment processes when ordering goods at Au Viet Rack.

Payment methods

For domestic orders

Au Viet Rack applies 2 payment methods:
Cash payment - COD (Cash on delivery) - applies to orders under 20 million VND: Customers will pay in cash for the entire order.
Payment by bank transfer - applicable to all orders: Customers will use bank transfer to Au Viet Rack in 2 ways
- Bring cash to the nearest bank and do the transfer procedure at the bank.
- Transfer money using internet banking.

For international orders

For international orders, Au Viet Rack will apply specialized payment methods:
– Telegraphic Transfer – T/T
– Collection of payment 
– Letter of credit – L/C
– Mail Transfer – M/T
– Some other methods according to international payment practices.

Payment Process

For household orders

Customers place orders via phone, zalo, facebook, email,... Staff will contact to confirm the order, check the goods, ship the goods and confirm the delivery time with the customer, when the goods are released from the warehouse. and delivered to the destination, the customer checks the quantity and quality and makes full payment to the delivery staff.

For projects with installation

For new projects with installation, payment is divided into 3 stages. Phase 1: signing the contract, the customer pays 30% of the price, Phase 2: When delivering the goods to the customer's warehouse, pay an additional 50% of the price, and phase 3: upon acceptance and handover, pay an additional 20 % of daily value.

For non-installation projects

For self-installation projects, when placing an order or signing a contract, the customer pays a 50% deposit. When the goods arrive and receive the goods, the customer pays the remaining 50%, contact us if you have any questions. Questions about any information on the invoice.
