Scope and warranty cost
During the warranty period of Au Viet Rack staff will come to check and maintain products every 06 months until the end of the warranty period for each product group.
During the warranty period, if the design error occurs, the structure from the supplier (Au Viet Rack), our company will fix all of those errors and completely free for you.
Warranty conditions
You will be free warranty if the product is still within the warranty period for design errors, technical incidents from supplier charges (Au Viet Rack).
When an incident occurs, customers must immediately notify us (by phone, email ...) and stop using to avoid danger to people and goods. Au Viet Rack will let the staff come to check and offer a solution soonest.

Au Viet Rack will send customers the basic steps below on how to operate VNA racking in the warehouse:

•  Step 1: The goods are placed neatly on the pallet containing the goods.
•  Step 2: Using a specialized forklift for VNA racks, lift pallets to move into each row of racks. Place pallets on each rack according to the location need to be stored.
•  Step 3: When you need to unload goods, use a forklift to move directly to the location where you need to pick up the goods and load the pallet onto the forklift.
•  When loading and unloading goods, forklifts only go one way on each aisle, can't turn back.
